I am a Fellow Chartered Accountant with 9+ years of experience in audit and accounting, having worked with banks, manufacturing companies, power companies, SMEs, and NGOs in Bangladesh. I have extensive experience in planning, monitoring, and finalizing statutory audits and group reporting, reviewing financial statements to ensure compliance with relevant accounting standards, identifying weaknesses in internal controls, and advising clients on appropriate accounting treatment. I have trained in IAS/IFRS, risk management, KPMG Audit Methodology, global independence, data privacy, and more.
Agrigate Network Limited's "Ashar Alo" project in Lalmonirhat is a comprehensive initiative aimed at empowering farmers and enhancing their agricultural practices. Through this project, we have provided a range of services to 155 farmers cultivating maize across 155 acres of farmland.
Our services include access to credit facilities, enabling farmers to invest in high-quality agri-inputs and resources. We have also implemented digital farmer mapping, enabling precise monitoring and advisory support tailored to each farmer's needs. Additionally, we have facilitated the selling of farmers' maize products directly to institutional buyers, ensuring fair prices and market access.
With the "Ashar Alo" project, we have witnessed significant improvements in farmers' income and financial stability. Our intervention has not only provided them with financial support but also access to crucial services such as crop insurance and financial planning.By leveraging technology and data-driven solutions, we have optimized farming practices, resulting in increased productivity and profitability for farmers in Lalmonirhat. We are proud to contribute to the growth and development of the agricultural sector in this region while fostering sustainable and inclusive farming practices.
Through the success of the "Ashar Alo" project in Lalmonirhat, we are motivated to expand our reach and replicate this impactful model in other regions, positively impacting the lives of more farmers and ensuring a brighter future for the agricultural community.
